Cosecha by Francisco Mora (Mexican, 1922-2002). A powerful scene of farmers harvesting the land. The Mexican flag prominently displayed in the bottom left. An interesting oberservation, the symbol of a heart seems to appear in multiple locations throughout the print. This may not be intentional, but I find it to be an appealing concept given the heart and soul the farmers put into their work. Linocut on paper. Published 1949. Signed in pencil by the artist bottom right.
